How to Track Your Order

Tracking your shipment is simple. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Note: If your tracking number doesn’t work immediately, please wait 24-72 hours. Carriers often need a day to scan the package into their system after collection.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, natural events, carrier handovers to local postal services, or air and ground transportation disruptions.

No shipping or handling fees will be charged at checkout.

All shipments include tracking details once dispatched.

Shipping Area

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Orders placed with a delivery address outside the United States cannot be processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. The damaged item will have to be returned for inspection to our return address provided by our Customer Support Team.

Lost in Transit: If the tracking status has not updated in 10+ days, please contact us. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, send a free replacement.

Stolen Packages (Marked “Delivered” but missing): If your tracking says “Delivered” but you cannot find it: Check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbors. Contact your local post office immediately (they often have geolocation data for the delivery scan).

Policy Note: We cannot be held responsible for packages stolen from your property after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
